For any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties hereby agree that the Osaka District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Miscellaneous

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PS99Clans.com regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements between you and PS99Clans.com.

13.2 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without PS99Clans.com's prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms without such consent will be null and of no effect.

13.3 Severability
